About The Event
Event Description:
Stuti is currently working under the guidance of Dr. Jobin Varkey, USC Neuroscience Professor, to study how music therapy may impact the brain, mood, and mental health. Her research explores how Carnatic music, Western music, and brain chemicals such as dopamine, serotonin, cortisol, and oxytocin may influence emotions, stress, calmness, and motivation.
Through her G100 presentation, Stuti will share how music can be used as a simple and meaningful tool to support emotional wellness, reduce stress, and help people better understand their mental state.
